Pick With Austin is honored to present our show guitar that will travel to events and presentations with us with the intent to draw attention to our cause.

The guitar, a SST Studio acoustic (with no sound hole), originates from Round Rock music and guitar store, Danny Ray's Music. This guitar was selected due to the large amount of 'real estate' on the front body surface, as well as for it's incredible sound (there is a piazo pickup beneath the bridge). The guitar gives a wonderful true acoustic sound with an electric guitar feel. We were fortunate that Danny Ray's Music had the exact guitar we had spec'ed out in stock. Thank you, Danny!

The paint, which portrays Alan in the clouds, was crafted by famed artist Daneen Bronson, Custom Paint by Daneen. Daneen's work is highly sought after and she has created some incredible one-of-a-kind works of art on motorcycles, guitars, cars, and other items. Daneen worked closely with us to design the layout and theme. Thank you, Daneen!

The guitar strap was painted by Anna Graham of Rock Star Guitar Straps. This is an actual leather strap that she designed to the same concept and spec as Daneen was doing for the guitar. Thank you, Anna!

Finally, a memorializing guitar pick hand made of solid turquoise stone by Mike Stone, StoneWorks. Stone guitar picks give a beautiful and bright sound to guitar playing. Turquoise was selected as it is Alan's birth stone. Thank you, Mike!
